Payment Policy

• Digital wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

• Shopify Payments and Stripe (worldwide).
• Klarna / Afterpay — buy now, pay later on eligible orders.

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown at checkout. International customers may see currency conversion fees applied by their card issuer.

Applicable US state sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs charges collected on delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit TLS and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. We use 3-D Secure authentication for card payments where supported by your issuer.

Payment is authorised at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no funds will be taken. Any pending authorisations are released by your bank within 5–7 business days.

We use industry-standard fraud screening. Orders flagged as high risk may be cancelled and refunded in full. We may contact you for identity verification before dispatch of high-value orders.
